The goal of our work

Serve Christ and his church faithfully, graciously, humbly, and sacrificially, loving the lost, seeking their salvation with a passion for evangelism and mission, and desiring to grow the church toward maturity by ke.png

Look at the quote above - isn’t that just an awesome goal! And that is just one of the many outcomes we’re seeking for our graduates undertaking our new Certificate III in Ministry. Labouring on curriculum documents, benchmarking reports, subject descriptors, learning objectives, credit profiles, etc. can at first sight seem of secondary importance. Are we just doing this administrative side of education just to placate external requirements? No way! Thinking carefully about the type of pastors we want our graduates to be is critically important - it shapes all that we do.

What is really exciting is that all the learning outcomes for our courses are developed in consultation with TTTI Staff, ni-Vanuatu leaders from various denominations, expat missionaries, and of course, local village pastors who are doing the very job we are training our students for. These outcomes are gospel-centred, culturally informed, and ambitious. Pray with us that these outcomes are not just words on paper, but an accurate picture of our future grads!
